  1. 首飾貨品購物滿HKD$600即可免費送貨 (全球適用)

  2. 鑲嵌玻璃貨品建議親身到studio取貨,以免在送貨過程中導致貨物破碎

 

  • 配送方式(香港):

    • 順豐送貨上門:採用到付方式

    • 順豐智能櫃:+HKD$20 (不適用於大型貨品)

    • 平郵:+HKD10 (平郵服務不提供運單追蹤,運送風險需由客人承擔) (不適用於大型貨品)

    • Studio取貨:免費 (上門取貨前請先聯絡我們確認)

— 售後條款 —

首飾

  • 保養:於購買日起,所有首飾均享有3年保養。

  • 換貨服務:如首飾有所破損或瑕疵,請聯絡我們進行維修/換貨。於保養期內,換貨服務限兩次,維修保養服務則不限次數。

  • 退貨退款:如因商品瑕疵、對商品不滿意等的退貨退款申請,可於收到商品後10天內提出,退貨運費需由客人承擔。本店收到退貨商品後將會扣除交易手續費與運費,退還款項。因應不同交易方式,退款時間需1-7日工作天不等。

鑲嵌玻璃

注意: 本店所有鑲嵌玻璃均是手工製作,有機會出現少量瑕疵,傳統鑲嵌玻璃使用的材質亦有機會因長時間放置而發生輕微氧化問題,請於購買前慎重考慮。如因運送過程,導致鑲嵌玻璃商品破碎,本店將不會提供退貨退款或換貨服務。

  • 保養:所有鑲嵌玻璃產品均享免費拋光保養服務一次。

  • 換貨服務:如客人不滿意商品,可於收到商品後14日內提出換貨申請。

  • 退貨退款:如因商品瑕疵、對商品不滿意等的退貨退款申請,可於收到商品後10天內提出,退貨運費需由客人承擔。本店收到退貨商品後將會扣除交易手續費與運費,退還款項。因應不同交易方式,退款時間需1-7日工作天不等。

訂製商品

  • 訂製鑲嵌玻璃製作需時最少一星期或以上,因應複雜程度,所需時間亦有所不同,急單需加錢另議。

  • 收到訂製相片/要求後,客人享有三次修改草圖服務,確認設計圖後不得更改。

  • 所有訂製商品不接受退貨退款/換貨。

  • Free delivery for orders over HKD$600 (Global).

  • It is recommended to pick up stained glass products at our studio to avoid the products being broken during delivery.

  • Delivery (Hong Kong):

    • SF express door-to-door delivery: Pay on delivery

    • SF express EF Locker : +HKD$20 (Not suitable for large items)

    • Surface: +HKD10 (Surface mail service does not provide waybill tracking and the shipping risk is borne by the customer) (Not suitable for large items)

    • Studio pickup: free (Please make sure to contact us for confirmation before picking up your item.)

--After-Sales Terms--

Jewelry

  • Maintenance: From the date of purchase, all jewelry enjoys a 3-year maintenance warranty.

  • Exchange Service: If the jewelry is damaged or flawed, please contact us for repair/exchange. Within the warranty period, exchange service is limited to two times, while maintenance and repair services are unlimited.

  • Returns and Refunds: For returns and refunds due to product defects or dissatisfaction with the product, requests can be made within 10 days of receiving the item. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Our store will deduct transaction fees and shipping costs from the returned item before issuing a refund. Depending on the transaction method, the refund process may take 1-7 business days.

 

Stained Glass

Notice: All our stained glass products are handmade and may have minor imperfections. The materials used in traditional stained glass can also oxidize slightly over time. Please consider this carefully before purchasing. If the stained glass products break during shipping, our store does not offer returns, refunds, or exchange services.

 

  • Maintenance: All stained glass products enjoy one free polishing service.

  • Exchange Service: If customers are not satisfied with the product, they may apply for an exchange within 14 days of receipt.

  • Returns and Refunds: For returns and refunds due to product defects or dissatisfaction with the product, requests can be made within 10 days of receiving the item. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Our store will deduct transaction fees and shipping costs from the returned item before issuing a refund.     Customized Products

  • The creation of custom-made stained glass takes at least one week or more, depending on the complexity of the design. If you require urgent orders, please note that an additional payment will be necessary. The details of this payment will be discussed and negotiated separately.

  • Upon receiving a custom photo/request, customers are entitled to three revisions of the draft. Once the design is confirmed, no further changes can be made.

  • All custom-made products are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
